We are proposing to develop a new scheme at Croxley View that will sit between the Holywell Estate and Watford Business Park.
This follows the successful development of Phases 1 and 2 at Croxley View, which delivered a new temporary accommodation hostel, affordable homes, shared ownership homes, private homes and improved landscaping.
Phase 3 will consist of new, affordable homes that meet the need of the local authority area. This will be houses and flats for both rent and shared ownership.
This session, that took place on 21 January 2026, allowed residents to see what we are proposing to build and how it will help shape the local community.
They could also meet the teams involved with the project and let us know their thoughts, which may influence the design of the scheme.
