You said, we did – backup water supply at Abbey and Munden View

As part of our commitment to keeping our customers safe in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we recently reviewed your feedback on our emergency responses at Abbey View and Munden View. 

We’re pleased to say that the majority of comments were positive, but one of the concerns that you shared was what to do in the unlikely event of a water shortage.  

In light of this feedback, we’re happy to announce that we have now installed a water tap on the ground floor of Abbey View and Munden View that can be easily accessed in the event that you are having issues with your own water supply. The water is potable and runs on a separate system from the appliances in your flat, so it should not be affected if your own water supply is interrupted by an issue with the communal heating and hot water system.
