On Monday 15 September 2025, we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) where members of Watford Community Housing vote on specific topics such as our financial statements and appointing new members to our Gateway Membership Team.
After our AGM we would like to give everyone the chance to ask us questions about our services. For example, this could be about your service charges, repairs, damp and mould, anti-social behaviour, or any other concern you may have. Our AGM is for more formal matters, so this Tenant Question Time (TQT) is your opportunity to talk about the services that we provide.
Members of our Leadership team will be on hand to answer any questions you have. Please send us these questions in advance to community@wcht.org.uk.
Questions asked at TQTs are about general services and timescales, so unfortunately, we will not be able to discuss individual cases. Please contact our Customer Relations team about individual issues or complaints at CustomerRelationsTeam@wcht.org.uk.
When is it?
The TQT will take place on Monday 15 September immediately after our AGM, both in person at our Gateway House office on Clarendon Road and via Zoom.
