Social Housing Regulator reaffirms our G1/V1 ratings!

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has reaffirmed our G1 and V1 ratings for governance and viability.

Published on 13 December 2023 following an annual stability check, the regulatory judgement is the regulator’s official view of us as a housing provider. You can see the official grading confirmation by clicking here.

G1 and V1 are the top ratings we can receive from the Regulator, meaning that Watford Community Housing meets its stringent governance and viability standards.
