Residents benefit from new guttering programme

We are pleased to say that over 100 residents have benefited from the first stage of our new guttering programme!

In preparation for Awaab’s Law – which you can find out more about here – we have introduced a new programme that will reduce the risk of damp and mould in our homes.

When gutters become clogged with leaves, moss and other debris, the water flow can slow or stop, which may lead to water damage or mould in the home. 

Over the last few months, we have been working with our contractors – 4M and Watford Roofing – to reduce this risk, starting by clearing the gutters on our mid-rise blocks that span Croxley View. 

Resident feedback told us that this was an area in great need of guttering works, so we started there. Croxley View residents were pleased to see them being cleaned and praised our contractors for their work.
