Hertfordshire turned into a winter wonderland overnight! As beautiful as it is, it does cause disruptions. 

Due to the weather, we have had an increased volume of calls to our Customer Service team, especially calls concerning heating and hot water. Our teams are still out in our communities providing essential services to our residents, however it might take us a little longer to get to you because of the snow, so please bear with us.
