We have been informed that an administrative error caused some housing benefits payments to be released a week late, which in turn has caused automated letters to be sent to some customers stating that they are in rent arrears.
In most cases you won't need to do anything and when the next housing benefit payments are released our records will be updated to reflect your correct balance, but if you are unsure whether or not you received the letter in error you can contact us on 0800 218 2247 or enquiries@wcht.org.uk..
