Delivering new homes as part of the St Johns Church redevelopment

As part of Hertsmere Living Limited (HLL), our joint venture with Hertsmere Borough Council, we have delivered five beautiful new homes in Radlett.

The homes, which were built by Hertsmere Borough Council then sold to HLL, include three affordable rent 2-bed flats, and two 3-bed houses for shared ownership.

As well as our homes, the St Johns Church redevelopment includes a striking new church and contemporary nursery facilities.

This development was a unique collaboration between the Diocese and Hertsmere Borough Council to replace the old church facilities that were deemed to have “reached the end of [their] serviceable life and [were] becoming unfit for purpose” while taking the opportunity to provide much needed affordable housing.

Residents began moving into the homes in May 2025 – we look forward to hearing what they think of their new homes in the near future.
