On 9 March, our Communities and Estates team hosted a lunch for the local Resident Inspectors at Combewood, one of our Independent Living facilities. This was our chance to say thank you to all the volunteers for the hard work they do for their communities.

Six of our Resident Inspectors come along for lunch, which was a delicious home-made vegetable soup for starters and a tuna pasta bake or a vegetable lasagne with side salad for the main. As Resident Inspectors for different communities, it was a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, with a great atmosphere and great food.

The role of our volunteer Resident Inspector is to monitor and score the quality of the cleaning and grounds maintenance services we provide; you can help us to improve and have your say in where you think we should be doing more.

If you are interested in becoming a Resident Inspector or would like more information, please email CustomerRelationsTeam@wcht.org.uk or call 01923 209226.
