We are very excited to launch our new partnership with Housing Perks, a free mobile app that offers up to 20% discounts off essentials for 500,000 social housing tenants across the UK.

By becoming a Watford Community Housing member you can access the Housing Perks app and claim discounts from your favourite retailers and charity shops, helping to save you money on the essentials you use every day!

Here is how it works:

1. Become a member – use the link below to become a Watford Community Housing member. If you are already a member, simply follow the steps below.

2. Once approved, download the Housing Perks app for free from your app store

3. Select Watford Community Housing as your landlord

4. Enter your tenancy number – this can be found on your rent statement

5. Start saving!
