Are you eligible for a Council Tax reduction?

Citizens Advice Watford have released some useful information on saving money on your Council Tax.

If you live in Watford, and are on a low income or claiming benefits, you could be entitled to a Council Tax reduction. Your bill could even be reduced by up to 100%!

Your bill reduction can depend on:

• your circumstances (for example income, number of children, benefits, residency status)
• your household income – this includes savings, pensions and your partner’s income
• if your children live with you
• if other adults live with you
