Throughout the pandemic our top priority has remained the safety and wellbeing of our customers – as well as our staff and communities.
We continued to carry out all emergency and essential repairs and now, in line with the government's roadmap to end lockdown, we’re carrying out non-urgent repairs.
We were also able to reintroduce a much-loved feature on your digital account – so you can now pick your own repair time slot again!
We limited this option during the pandemic so that we could manage repairs appointments in line with the government's safety guidance, but we've now been able to turn it back on for you.
To manage your repairs online, simply log in to your digital account, click on the ‘Request Repair’ button and use the calendar booking system to choose your date and time.
For trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and gas, you will be able to report and book as normal, but for flooring, roofing and plastering repairs you may have not be able to book the slot you want right away as these are currently in high demand.
We are pleased to be able to reintroduce this feature so that you can have more flexibility and control over your repair appointments.
All you need to sign up is your tenancy number. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll need to go through a short verification process, and then you’ll be free to go online to book your repairs, manage your tenancy, pay your rent, message us directly and much more.
