Award win! – We’ve been named as one of the UK’s top housing associations to work for
Due to our ongoing commitment to employee engagement, we’ve been awarded a 1-star accreditation by Best Companies – placing us amongst the top 25 housing associations in the country.
This award represents ‘Very Good’ levels of workplace engagement and is recognised nationwide as an indication of a hard-working and highly valued workforce. We were also named as one of the 75 Best Companies to Work For across all sectors in the East of England, placing at 66th alongside some established national brands River Island and Naked Wines.
This is just the beginning though, and we’re aiming to move further up these lists over the coming months and years, with our eyes on that top spot. We know that a valued, engaged workforce leads to a better quality of service for our communities and ultimately, happier residents - which is what we’re all about!
