The topic of our next TQT and scrutiny event is all about lift maintenance.

The GMT chose this topic following a increase in customer feedback in relation to lifts. The key topics that will be brought up include maintenance schedules, contractors, response times and planned improvements.

When is it?

The TQT will take place on Wednesday 14 February 2026 from 6.30pm to 8pm both in person at our Gateway House office on Clarendon Road and via Zoom.
