Retaining the highest possible regulatory ratings
Following our annual stability check in November 2025, are pleased to have retained the highest possible ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing.
The regulator reaffirmed our G1 governance rating and V1 financial viability rating, showing that we are financially secure and well-governed, giving us the right foundations to continue delivering for our customers and communities.
This complements the C1 rating we got from our inspection in July 2024 under the new consumer standards. As one of the first registered landlords to have been awarded C1, we continue to put residents at the heart of our work and make improvements to the services we provide.
All three ratings together demonstrate our commitment to maintaining high standards so that we can consistently deliver for our customers, both existing and new.
