Our residents have an exciting opportunity to upskill and learn from the teachers at Step2Skills!

What is the opportunity?

As part of Hertfordshire County Council, Step2Skills’ goal is to provide adult learning opportunities and employment support, while building up their learners’ confidence.

The courses are free, and aimed at people looking to develop new skills, discover opportunities or even get a new role. Please note that we are funding your place on this course so please do attend if you sign up.

When?

Dates vary depending on the course you want to attend

Eligibility?

  • Are aged 19 or over
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • A Hertfordshire resident
  • A UK national or anyone with a lawful immigration status in the UK

You will also need to have a basic level of English, have access to a laptop or tablet (not a mobile phone) and a good Wi-Fi connection as lessons are live. Please note that there may be course specific requirements so you will need to check those before you attend your chosen course.
