By becoming a Watford Community Housing member you can access the Housing Perks app and claim discounts from your favourite retailers and charity shops, helping to save you money on the essentials you use every day!
What is Housing Perks?
Housing Perks is a popular app used by housing associations and local authorities that offers up to 20% discounts on groceries, petrol, clothing, school supplies, home furnishings, and much more.
You can find retailers such as Sainsbury’s, Asda, B&M, Argos, Primark, TK Maxx, B&Q, and Sports Direct.
How do I get started?
1. Become a member of Watford Community Housing – use the link below to become a Watford Community Housing member. If you are already a member, simply follow the steps below.
2. Once approved, download the Housing Perks app for free from your app store
3. Sign up, enter your phone number, and enter the one-time passcode to verify your mobile number
4. Select Watford Community Housing as your landlord
5. Enter your tenancy number – this can be found at the top of your rent statement
6. Start saving!
