Here's everything you need to know if you're looking to join us online for our AGM on Monday 15 September 2025. Follow the instructions below to pre-register now!
Our AGM is a hybrid meeting so that members can attend either in person or online, via Zoom.
If you want to join the AGM online, you’ll need to pre-register by midday on Monday 15 September.
It is important to note that you will not be able to participate or vote during the meeting, so you will need to submit a proxy vote in advance. If you want to ask a question, you will also need to submit this in advance. Details of how to vote and submit questions are below.
We just need a few details to register you for the AGM, so that we can make sure everyone who joins the meeting online is a Watford Community Housing member.
If you are joining the AGM online you need to submit your votes in advance. It's quick and easy to submit proxy votes online. For your votes to be valid, they need to be submitted by 5.45pm on Saturday 13 September.
If you want to ask a question at the AGM, this also needs to be submitted in advance. There is an option to submit your question while you are casting your votes.
Thanks for pre-registering! Before the AGM, you will receive an email with a link to the meeting itself. Just click on that link from 5.30pm on Monday 15 September and it'll take you straight to the meeting, which starts at 5.45pm.
Please read the information below to make sure you don't have any problems joining the meeting on the day.
The meeting will be powered by Zoom. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the free Zoom app, which is available for a wide range of devices including desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
When you click on the meeting link, you will be prompted to download the app. If you already have Zoom installed, the meeting will open in the app automatically.
If you would prefer not to download the app, you can just join from your normal internet browser on a computer or tablet by clicking ‘join from your browser’.
