Coleridge Way is a development of 18 two-bedroom flats in two distinct three-storey blocks that will be available for affordable rent in Spring 2025.

The site is located close to Elstree and Borehamwood Station, providing excellent links to the town centre and public transport. 

Each home will come with a parking space and access to communal grounds, while select homes will also benefit from a balcony.

We’re working to improve and regenerate the Meriden estate with a development programme which will enhance the area for residents and communities. The project represents a £36 million investment, £4.4 million of which was funded directly from government grants.

In the initial stages of the project, we met with key stakeholders such as the residents of bungalows, the Friends of Meriden, the Meriden Residents' Association and ward councillors to provide an overview of the delivery of the scheme.

We’ll be developing 133 newly built homes, an expanded community hub, a flexicare facility for older people, a brand new parade of shops and new green spaces.

Split into two phases, the works will cover the central area of the Meriden. Phase one will see the development of the retail block and the first of the new residences, including bungalows and houses. We are currently on phase two which is focusing on the flexicare facility.

Working with our contractor, Elements Europe, we are redeveloping the pre-existing scheme at Northcotts and providing 18 two-bedroom flats for affordable rent.

Our design includes the use of state-of-the-art, off-site manufacturing techniques. Much of the development has been constructed in a factory off-site, with the modules then craned into place.

Completion of the works are expected in May 2024.

Sydney Road is part of a wider development of over 300 new homes, 53 of which will be ours. These homes are expected to be completed by October 2025.

Subject to agreement, we intend to offer a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes for both social and affordable rent.

The wider development will feature a play area, communal garden spaces and communal rooftop terraces. Each of our homes will also have either a private balcony or terrace.

Wood View is the last of six garage sites being developed in partnership with Dacorum to provide new affordable housing.

We are currently redeveloping a former garage site in Wood View, Hemel Hempstead to provide nine new homes for affordable rent. 

We are currently on site and expecting completion by July 2024.
