Welfare Reform – how does it affect you?

The Government is conducting extensive welfare reforms as outlined in the Welfare Reform Act 2012 which began taking effect in April 2013. Many of these reforms are being phased in over time. 

The majority of these changes affect people of working age, so if you receive a state pension you will not be affected.

We know that many of our tenants will be worried about how these changes will affect them and their families, so we have compiled some information to assist. Please follow the links below.
