Service standards

This year, we launched our new service standards. We understand how important it is for customer to know what they can and can't expect from us, so we created a set of standards that you can refer to at any time. The service standards document will let you know what we will do for you, how we will do it and what we expect from you in return.

These service standards were put together after consulting with our tenants, our Gateway Membership Team and our Board.
