Pulleys Lane Development
Watford Community Housing recently acquired the garage site which is accessed to the side of number 14 Pulleys Lane from Dacorum Borough Council. We have been developing proposals to build two new homes on this land to rent to families registered on Dacorum Borough Council’s housing waiting list.
Having purchased the garage site, we are beginning to draw up designs, develop proposals and consult with local residents. We are putting forward plans to build 2 three-bedroom semi-detached houses for affordable rent. The homes will also have two parking spaces per house, and rear gardens.
