Staff training on Wednesday 13th September
On Wednesday 13th September all Watford Community Housing staff will be attending essential training in order to improve our services. As a result, we’ll be offering a reduced service on that day.
Our phone systems will be connecting to our out-of-hours centre all day, and any queries relating to routine repairs or for individual members of staff are likely to be dealt from Thursday 14th onwards. We will be offering an emergency repairs-only service on Wednesday 13th, so please only contact us if your repair is urgent.
This also means you will not be able to pay your rent over the phone or drop in to visit us at our offices. However, don’t forget that many of our services can be completed online, through email or through Allpay, including paying your rent, reporting a repair, hiring a hall and reporting anti-social behaviour, so please search the website for assistance with your query.
Along with all other departments, our contact centre will be available again from Thursday 14th September.
