Help us shape our Tenant Offer - and win a £25 Intu voucher!
We are currently developing a new business plan for 2020-2025 – the eventual plan will set out everything we aim to do over the next few years.
As part of this plan we want to develop our Tenant Offer, which will set out what you can expect as a Watford Community Housing tenant during that period. In order to give you the chance to have your say on what the Tenant Offer will include, we’ve set up a survey where you can share your thoughts.
The Watford Community Housing Board and Gateway Membership Team have already started layout out ideas on on what the Tenant Offer should be. The result of this work has been to develop a set of potential priorities for the new business plan.
We are keen to engage with our tenants to understand their priorities for the future of the services that we provide. With this in mind, we want you to help answer two key questions:
1. What is most important to you, as a tenant of Watford Community Housing?
2. What are the top priorities that Watford Community Housing should focus on over the five years from 2020?
