‘Scrutiny sprints’ are a chance for you to find out more about our services, tell us what you think and help us to improve. Organised by the Gateway Membership Team, which is made up of Watford Community Housing tenants, they examine our services to make sure we are meeting the standards you expect.

Our next scrutiny sprint is on Wednesday 16 February 2022 and we’ll be looking at the service you receive when you get in touch with our contact centre – whether that’s by phone, email or through your online account.

We would love to hear your feedback on the service we provide, including our opening hours, our out-of-hours service and what you feel we should be able to resolve first time. You’ll be able to let us know how easy it is to get in touch with us and whether you think we respond quickly enough.

The session will include an introduction to the contact centre by our Customer Experience Manager. You’ll also find out how many calls we take, how quickly we answer, how many customers get in touch with us through their online account and how satisfied our customers are following a call.
