We’re delighted to announce our first development in St Albans, where we have just exchanged contracts with Stonebond Properties on the affordable housing at ‘Radio Place’.
Radio Place, on Oaklands Lane in Smallford, St Albans, is a new development of 24 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes for market sale; alongside the 3 two-bedroom homes that we are bringing to market for shared ownership.
This latest development is yet another step towards our goal of providing 100 new affordable homes across Hertfordshire by 2025, creating modern cost-effective homes that customers can be proud of.
Commenting on our first development in St Albans, our Chief Executive, Tina Barnard said:

This new contract supports our strategic growth targets to secure new stock in South West Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We are actively seeking further opportunities in the borough of St Albans and look forward to working with both Stonebond Properties and the local authority on this new project… and hopefully many more projects to come!
