Membership Options

All of the Trust’s tenants, leaseholders and shared owners are eligible for full membership.

As a full member you can:

  1. Have the right to influence our policies, services, and key decisions.
  2. Receive a members newsletter about how members are making a difference.
  3. Receive a Share Certificate for the Trust.
  4. Receive any benefits we negotiate, such as discounts with local shops and services.
  5. Be entered into prize draws and awards.
  6. Be invited to consultation events and meetings.
  7. Vote on key decisions
  8. Be eligible to stand for Gateway Committte.

Associate Membership

Residents over 16 living in our local community areas, not a Trust home, is eligible for Associate Membership.

As an Associate Member you will:

  1. Be able to support the work the Trust is doing in local neighbourhoods.
  2. Receive a member’s newsletter about how members are making a difference.
  3. Receive any benefits we negotiate, such as discounts with local shops and services.
  4. Be entered into prize draws and awards.
