This section of the site provides useful information on our repairs service, how to report a repair and explains how long you should expect to wait. It also covers what you should do in an emergency.
Watford Community Housing Trust (the Trust) offers tenants an efficient in-house repairs service. Our Gateway Repairs Team (GRT) work Monday – Friday all over Watford.
We use a scheduling system called Opti-time allowing the GRT to be electronically mobile, providing you with a fast, efficient service.
