Rent
This section of the site covers paying rent, what to do if you are having money difficulties and a handy FAQ section. There is also a benefits calculator available to get an instant benefits estimate.
When to pay rent
Rent is due every Monday for the week that follows. It is possible to pay every two weeks or monthly but this payment must be paid in advance for the period that follows. Speak to the Rents team on 01923 209111 to arrange the frequency of payments.
Each year there are two rent-free weeks in December and March. Click here to download the rent calendar. If tenants get behind with paying rent we ask them to pay these weeks to help reduce their debt.
